Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of postiz.sinaleev — the social media scheduling and publishing application available at postiz.sinaleev.ru (referred to below as “postiz.sinaleev”, “the service”, “we”, “us”).
Effective date: 26 August 2026. Last updated: 18 September 2026.
1. Acceptance
By signing in to postiz.sinaleev, connecting a social media account to it, or scheduling content through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form an agreement between you and Pavel Sinaleev, sole proprietor, Moscow region, Russian Federation, the operator of postiz.sinaleev.
2. What the service does
postiz.sinaleev lets an authorised user upload media and captions, place them on a publication calendar, and have them published automatically at the scheduled time to social media accounts that the account owner has connected — currently TikTok, Instagram, VK, Telegram and Threads. Publishing is performed through the official APIs of those platforms. The service does not generate content on its own and does not perform any action on a connected account that a user has not scheduled. For Threads, the service can also show the owner the replies under their own posts and public posts that match keywords the owner chose; a reply is published only from the owner’s own account.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The service is provided to clients of the studio operating it and to the studio's own staff. A workspace can be created by registering on the sign-in page at https://postiz.sinaleev.ru/auth, or by the studio on the client's behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and you must have the right to publish on behalf of every account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Notify us immediately at pavel@sinaleev.ru if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Connecting social media accounts
Accounts are connected through the authorisation screen of the platform itself. By connecting an account you authorise postiz.sinaleev to publish, on your behalf, the content scheduled in your workspace, and to read the basic public profile of that account so it can be identified in the calendar. You may disconnect an account at any time in the workspace or by revoking access in the platform's settings; publishing to it stops immediately.
Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. When publishing to TikTok you must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including the rules on advertising, branded content disclosure and intellectual property. We may refuse or stop publishing content that we believe violates them.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the media and text you upload. You grant postiz.sinaleev a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, format and transmit that content solely for the purpose of publishing it to the accounts and at the times you scheduled. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the workspace.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you schedule, including rights to any music, footage, images and trademarks in it, and to the appearance of any person shown in it.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use postiz.sinaleev to:
- publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors;
- publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties;
- send spam, run coordinated inauthentic activity, or publish to accounts you do not have permission to manage;
- circumvent the rules, rate limits or review processes of a connected platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its server, or another workspace, or to disrupt its operation.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which may change, rate-limit, delay or reject a publication for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily suspends publishing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, postiz.sinaleev and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits or lost opportunities, or for a publication that was delayed, failed, or was rejected or removed by a social platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your workspace and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if a connected platform requires it, or if the service is discontinued. On termination, connected accounts are disconnected and their access tokens deleted.
10. Privacy
Information collected by the service, including data received from connected platforms, is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
Updated Terms are published at https://postiz.sinaleev.ru/terms with a new “last updated” date. Material changes are communicated to workspace users by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the user resides. Disputes that cannot be resolved through correspondence are subject to the competent courts at the operator's place of registration.
